Hs Hotsson Hotel Acapulco

The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the beachfront and in the center of town. It is very easy to walk to restaurants and other attractions in the area. Additionally, being close to the casino is a plus for those who enjoy gambling.

There is an annoying aspect of the hotel's location. The private beach area is separated from the public beach by a rope, and salespeople from the public beach constantly try to get guests' attention.

As adventure travelers, we loved the hotel's excellent location, right in the heart of the action on the tourist strip. The pool area was great, with three pools including a swim-up bar, and easy access to the beach. We also appreciated the private part of the beach owned by the hotel, which was not overcrowded. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel very safe and secure. We enjoyed the amazing sea view from our room, especially since we were on a high floor. The free Wi-Fi worked great throughout the property.

We felt welcome and had no complaints whatsoever.

Had a perfect stay on a vacation. I enjoyed the room with 2 beds, my bed was great. The location was stunning, within walking distance of a lively beach. The food they offered was amazing, had lots of meals.

The breakfast was savoury, the staff was helpful, the grounds were clean. Good area, central location near the beach, bars. Had nice dainties at Restaurante Condimento, located very close to the hotel.

The bed was very comfy, so we had a really nice stay. We loved the hotel, it was impressive and fairly clean. Lots of supplies in the room : climate control, ironing facilities and an electronic key card.

Great beachfront location with easy access. Three pools including a swim-up bar. Staff is friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Rooms offer excellent sea views on higher floors. Free WiFi works perfectly all around the property.

Everything was perfect, courteous staff, perfect location just off the beach, the center, all shops. Immaculate & beautiful unit with a great view and king bed, for instance. Good and decent food. We had a very nice stay, so nothing to complain about.

This venue is a luxurious gem, providing exclusive amenities and fulfilling all my needs. the room had a private plunge pool and an incredible view of the ocean. the location is ideal, with beach access and proximity to restaurants and shopping.

The only minor issue was the lack of food variety at the buffet breakfast. the restaurant had a beautiful poolside snack bar and an elegant bar/lounge area.

Despite the crowded vacation season, my stay at Hs Hotsson was enjoyable. The valet service provided quick and efficient service. The pool staff, especially Vicky, were friendly and helpful. The junior suite had a great view and was spacious. The direct access to the beach was a plus. I would recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

Loved the beautiful beachfront location and breathtaking views. the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed during our romantic escape. the rooms were clean and tidy, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. We enjoyed the above-average food options available, especially the delicious breakfast buffet.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the sliding patio door in the room could use an update as it allowed too much noise pollution, disrupting our tranquil getaway.

I loved staying at this hotel because it was located right on the beachfront, which made it easy for me to go for a quick dip in the ocean whenever I wanted. The hotel is also very close to the main attractions, so I could easily explore the city without having to worry about transportation. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I enjoyed spending time by the pool and lounging on the comfortable chairs. The sofa in the room was very used and looked dirty, which took away from the overall value of the room. the hotel's policy of not allowing outside food and drinks, even for personal consumption in the room, was disappointing and inconvenient.

This hotel is the perfect destination for those who desire to be close to a small island of rocks just 200 meters away from the shore. The Caracol restaurant offers a wide range of exquisite dining options. The bar is a fantastic meeting point with excellent customer service, offering a unique experience that surpasses other 5-star hotels in the area. The central bus station is convenient for visitors who want to explore the city. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with luxurious amenities. The breakfast served every morning is impressive.

Some of the elevators can sometimes take a while to arrive, causing a bit of inconvenience for guests.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
